Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products for health and safety reasons we do not offerReturns Or Exchanges for change of mind. Returns and Exchanges are only available in the event you have received the wrong item Or an item that is faulty. To start an Exchange Or Refund you can contact us on orders@bybighair.com. Please contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item (include photos) so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging.
